Thanks guys. So after priming I gave it a coat of German grey Then VMS a chipping fluid and a coat of XF-93 DAK 1942 Will start the chipping tomorrow, probably.

Chipping last night with water and a toothbrush. That reminds me, I will have to buy my wife a new toothbrush!!! Today, added more chips on the delicate parts and hard to reach parts with a sponge dipped in German grey. Chipping with a sponge is far easier and a lot less stressful. I will fill in some of the chips with the DAK colour.
