Geeze you do beautiful models and pictures ! Thanks for the answer Pete . I'm late on the netting but if you do a build with netting again maybe more sagging of the netting under the barrel would look more natural .

Pete that looks awesome fella . Also I'm glad you ditched the camnet . Brit camnets were made of strong grade string back then and woven in squares, with added nylon frillie stuff (can't explain it better), which was fixed to the camnet itself. You then had open areas and covered areas if you know what I mean . This stuff was most annoying indeed , it got caught on everything and took the cam-up time from 30mins to about an hour . Not very good in a combat situation . edit: There is also a top and bottom side to this stuff . The top should have the frillies showing towards the sky, this apparently also had an anti IR effect.

Cheers guys, Paul, I got a thorough briefing from Brian on the nets used at that time which is why I decided to take it off. I'll maybe have a go on another model at some point I bet you cursed when you had to put it on and remove it, I suspect it was also a dust and crap magnet as well.
