I don’t remember a Russian though. I had at least 13. I used to save the stars to get new figures. 3 had the old style hands.
My favourites were two bearded guys which I dressed in commando gear. They each had sterling SMGs. At the time I didn’t know that was duff kit!!!!
I had 2 jeeps, a spartan personnel carrier, two amphi cats, 105mm light gun, a motorcycle, a knock off motorbike and sidecar.
For Christmas once i got the Escape from Colditz set.
Oh, happy days!!!!!

What a great collection! Are they all yours, Tommy? I never had any of those vehicles or the bike. They weren't about when I had my Action Man. I think I'm a few years older than you, that's why I never had them. My son had the jeep. The best thing I had was a two man tent. I would love setting up camp in different parts of the garden.

Yup..........had Action man when i was growing up too, slung that orange parachute up in the air many a time with him attached  ,mine had the beards and gripping hands but i never had a talking one where you pulled the dog-tag to make him speak  Wish i`d kept mine too  |
