Surely a bicycle is also in order? No bicycle jabbly, adding a bucket to a Panther's rear however makes me happy.

Excellent looking buckets, Guy. The grandkids go to Disney when I kick one like that.

I skipped a diorama for the Panther. It will be glued onto a display base I'm preparing. And the Panther is getting done as well. Photos follow soon.

Hello guys, not much, just a photo of the display base I had to strip from a not so good diorama. Tamiya putty was thinned with Tamiya Laquer Thinner and besides the terrible fumes that came off I managed to apply it where necessary. Next is the black paint to be airbrushed on.

That should make a nice base when it’s done, Guy.

Are them buckets the brass ones? Indeed, they're brass Ian. I had to fill and sand a lot to get rid of the uneven surface (once a diorama was built on it). I'm glad you like the idea of a stand alone model. Currently I'm at work in my daughter's house which means no benchtime today.

Hello guys, with the details painted and a mist of Testors Dullcote sprayed on subtly this ride has come to an end. It was a great journey and now I know just a little more on the difficult subject "Panzerkampfwagen V" or Panther. The one I finished is an Early D type with a D2 turret. I hope you enjoy the end result of my effort. The commander will be painted in another thread. Thank you as always for your supportive comments, you fellas rock! More photos in my thread Armorguy's 2022.
