Brilliant work Paul! Yeah, Tamiya decals are extremely delicate and shatter if you look at the wrong. I always coat them first with Liquid Decal Film first thing when I open the box.

With the Firefly coming to a close, I decided to get this one back on the bench again . The running gear has been added and I can say, that this is a PITA . The connection points don't really line up with the Tamiya hull, even though this FC Modeltrend print is made for Tamiya. Never mind, it's in place and certainly looks better than the Tammy running gear . The radio has also been fitted and wired up, The microphone is scratched and the headphones came from Mig Ammo . Having seen lots of pictures of carriers with stowage racks at the rear, I decided to add this with some dummy stowage and a tissue tarp . The trap colour will change shortly . The PaK40 also received some attention, base wear and tear has been added to this Tamiya oldie .

Well, the basic wear and tear looks great. Which colour(s) did you spray on for this purpose Paul-bro? Buff?

Well, the basic wear and tear looks great. Which colour(s) did you spray on for this purpose Paul-bro? Buff? Cheers Guy-bro . The dusty, earthy colour is the same I used on the Firefly . It's a mix of Tamiya acrylics I found at the bottom of paints box, ca't remember when I mixed it up, but I bet it's a t least 5 years old
