Just a little colour to start with, I've tried to do a plywood floor panel and a splash of green. The floor was an experiment as I applied a coat of matt flesh + gloss clear. Once dry a medium thick wash of burnt umber was brushed on and with a sharp toothpick wood texture was added. To finish I completed the floor with a dark accent, again done with a toothpick.  |

Oh my! Now that is a stellar front office!. The Wing-Thingie Idol is pleased with this offering. Thank you Ian! The pilot figure's details look a tad too soft and rough which shows during the paintjob which is not fun at all so I've tried to improve this with my poor skills when it comes to finetuning a 1:48 scale figure. I sprayed it to check and what showed didn't please me.  Ok it's not a Rembrandt but at least I hope it's not too bad. Please tell me if you think it's rubbish!  |
