Hi ppl, this is my entry. The old Italeri/Esci T55.  The kit was purchased from an IPMS bazaar a few years back for something less than 10 euros. Over time a few things that can be used came across my way that can be used on this build. The kit has been started from the previous owner, the wheels were cut from the sprues and glued. Tell me if this is an issue...  Now the extra things to be used are an RB metal barrel and grilles from Aber.  A KMT6 system from Skif, (let's hope i can make it fit. )   Pipe fittings from Condor for the fuel lnes  And last one, hopefully i can match Trumpy's tracks on this one. (I know for a fact that these dont match their own kits........ )     So, this is it. Tell me if the wheels are a problem and i will open up the chop shop.  |

This is going to be fun watching all those different kit makers come together  . The tracks shouldn't be an issue, they fit Tamiya and Trumpys early T55's  . John I am sure that you will make everything fit and it'll look good too  I know this ain't my Group build, but I can't see any issue with the wheels being done  . |

Nice collection of parts there John..............as for the wheels....unless would you have glued them together any different then there`s nowt wrong with `em already being assembled matey |

I am more than happy with you to use that kit & the started wheels, as it is how it came in the kit when you got it!! 😉
Plus you are adding lots of other goodies to her.

These build up well enough for such under-rated kits JK and with the wealth of AM yer got goin' on here- she should be a beauty!

Well ppl, this one is started. First some PE on the engine deck. The am set was for a Tami kit, so some adjustments had to be made, but i think it looks ok. More tomorrow.  |

Ok it's time for an update. Fuel lines are in place, plus a few things the kit is missing. The turret was raised using a sheet of white stuff by a couple mms so it will look closer to reality. The hull was badly warped and needed some pursuation to sit in place but i think it is going rather well till now. Next step is the turret....    |
