Thank you gents. I arrived in Cornwall only to discover with all the shaking during the drive down, the kit had almost assembled itself! I started cleaning up the parts ready for a coat of primer for when I go home. The Quinta Studio 3D decal set.

Great start, Joe! Yep, we said keep an eye on it or it would build itself and fly away.

Thank you awfully gentlemen. I always bring a audiobook to listen to when I’m up the field playing ball with my dog. As luck would have it, I picked this one. It is without doubt, one of the best books I’ve had the pleasure to listen to. It makes you angry, upset, and best of all, laugh! It’s the dark humour and swearing that makes me laugh so much.

Thank you chaps. Much appreciated. I removed the details off the instrument panel, and drilled a slot in the seat for the decals to pass through. A majority of the parts have been removed and cleaned up ready for a lick of primer when I get home.

Much appreciated chaps. I’ve give all the parts a coat of primer. I normally use Ammo One Shot. But no matter how much I mixed it with my new paint shaker, and thinned it, it wouldn’t spray 🤨. I cleaned my airbrush out, and with my new paint shaker (did I mention I had a new paint shaker?), had ago with Vallejo primer. I put a drop of flow improver to make sure. It worked fine, and sprayed all the parts ready for the top coat. I’ll give it a couple of days to dry before carrying on. The top coat will be Ammo Mig paints. I normally use the same brand of primer and top coat. This time it will be different. I’m sure I’ve done this before, but will try a test piece before painting the model itself.

Joe, I used Mig over VA primer some times. No problem at all. Nice work!
