There's Balkenkreuze and two numbers, that's all. Not very surprising really, as so little is known about them, I reckon I'll lean out of the window and add the Ghost symbol anyway

Cheers Guy mushty . Okay then, today I fiddled the running gear together, the engine deck, mud guards, and stowage boxes. All that is left to do is sort the jack out and add the tools, all that will be done after painting .

John you're right there with being fast . This is a grand kit, but I just realized I made a mistake . The frontal armour plate should only have the drivers visor and not the co-driver one . That is what happens when you concentrate on the instructions and not the reference pictures. Anyway, I just chopped off the wrong parts and filled the holes, tomorrow will get some intense sanding to clean the area up. Maybe after that I can get the vehicle primed

But I think you will get some primer on this weekend and maybe paint next week.

John luckily it is easy enough fix, the head weren't in place so nothing to knock off . Steve yeah, who would have guessed that . Cheers mushty. Hole filled and sanded back, I'll slap a little Mr.Surfacer 1000 around to give that rolled armour plate look, then it'll be primed this afternoon

Great subject matter, Paul, and I was not familiar with this vehicle at all. Nice background info and looks like you are off to a great start!

Boots, Ian, Joe, appreciated chaps . Today was a very productive day if I may say so . I have chosen the colour of Dunkelgrau for this little dude . I started off with Tamiya German Grey, XF63, this was faded with Tamiya XF25 Light Sea Grey until I was satisfied with the fading . For the tarp I used Vallejo RLM 02. The tracks were painted with dirty mix of leftover Tamiya paints and a thinned coat of AK Track wash. The treads and the guide horns were picked out with a silver pencil.
