B-17G with my favorite black and yellow stripage, what's not to like?
However, this has caused a bit of a dilema for me. All my stripies are 1\48th and unfortunately there are 1\48th B-17G's out there. Officer home command will no doubt need to be placated in some way if I am to get one. Need to plan this one carefully as a kit this size does not go "under the radar" so to speak.

Home Command could be circumvented by initiating Order 66 and activating the National Defense Command Authority.🤣🤣🤣

You’d be surprised what you can win in a raffle at a model show.

You’d be surprised what you can win in a raffle at a model show. And then it would be a sin to not use that freebee

Like I mentioned somewhere in this topic, a numer 2 was on its way... It is the 1948 IDF version of the B17, it will be based on this image: I had the turret openings filled up, because back in the early dsys this airplane was used withouth the turrets..
and after a bit of paint it looks like this...

Thanks guys, it is not exactly like that example, and I used some diferent secundary green. The nice thing about this airplane in 1948 version, you can choose different colorscheme's, the IDF only had 3 B17's and repainted them frequently to let the enemy believe they had more
