Nice work again John Thanks Paul !
Still a few details left, but the hull is almost ready for some primer. Wheels & tracks and fenders are next on the menu.
I will try to create some damage on the fenders.
So far it has been a fun build, despite some details on the hull need some holes to be fixed, looks like Trumpeter has made a mash of the existing KV's details & instructions, anyway I'm liking this kit so far.

Those KV kits from Trumpeter are all excellent builds and probably the best on the market

Small update, only worked on two builds, KP 1:48th Su-7 BM Czech version and Trumpeter 1:35th KV-1 756(r) German Tank for the G.B.
on the Su-7 BM, I added some details on the lower fuselage, parts 75, 120 and 119, still a lot of little things to add, it's not very easy since there aren't any attachment pins or small holes, it's a mix of guessing and reading the schematics .. anyway I might start considering the putty soon since with all the sanding involved I might lose some of those small bits and pieces.
On the KV-1, I got most of the details on the hull, some parts require the fenders being mounted, I'll add them later. Also got most of the turret done, and worked on the fenders too.

They look great, John! I liked how they designed their KV kits where you just plug the fenders/sponsons right into the hull.

Small update, worked on the Su-7 BM and the KV-1.
-- Thanks Ian !! Trumpeter did a great job on their KV's, some years ago I did the KV-2, and it was a pleasure to build it.
-- Bert, yes these Su-7's from KP have some gaps mainly between the wings and fuselage.
I think the Warsaw Pact version, I had more gaps than this one ( it's on the 2023 thread), but let's see how they go... after these BM versions, I still have the BML and BKL versions from SMER, but I'm waiting to order some extras for the cockpit so they are on hold at the moment.
-- Jeff, I hope so !! well I'm doing my best ... it's not going to be perfect... but well, my goals are simple: - Aircraft stand on it's wheels - It looks like a Su-7
-- Thanks Paul !! I hope I can too !
Today's work, Putty Party chez Su-7 BM's . KV-1, Primer on the hull, coat of paint on the wheels, turret finished.

That taping method will fix it . I have copied your method before and it works a treat, without destroying the surrounding structure

Hi everyone, another update today,
KP Su-7 BM , Czech version.
Tape is off. As you can see some spots need working, and I've cleaned up a little too.
Here, after some clean up, despite the looks it's very smooth between the panels, but I noticed I still need some putty for that small gap.
Here too, there's a need for some putty.
A little less on this side, but it still needs some clean up.
Trumpeter KV-1, Wheels are built. I will have to paint the metallic parts, and touch up some dark yellow, then chipping and various filters and washes.
Turret Primed and ready for the Dark Yellow.
Wheels & rollers are done.
KP Su-7 BM Warsaw Pact version, here I cleaned up and glued the tail. I will need some putty too.
Dragon M50, worked on the turret

I would like to request a live-streaming of the tape removal session!🤣 Don't worry Ian, I still have the Two Seater version, so I guess we will have many more chances for Live-streaming Tape removal Sessions !!
There will be more putty than plastic
