I know this towed targets but what on earth is that little propellor for.............can`t find any pics of this with one of those on it

Thanks John.........i`m still non the wiser as to what that small prop is for tho I wonder if it some early form of a RAT (Ram Air Turbine). I believe they are used to generate power for vital systems, when the main power source is down.

The one I saw fitted to a Canberra was to power the cable winch. My money is on that here.
