Awesome work, indeed! Amazing. I always cringe thinking about wearing soft head coverings in a tank---all those metal, sharp edges in there and going over horrible terrain.🤕🤕🤕🤕

Appreciated muchly my dear fellows . Over the last couple of days, I have fiddling with the tracks . I have added pigments to the wet paint, as mentioned before, but that wasn't holding the stuff good enough. So I used some Sand and Gravel fixer from Mig and added a more pigments over that, that sorted the dirt side of things out . I also applied some Vallejo Umber acrylic wash, doing this I used an old brush and went about very blotchy . That has given some stains which I like, but I still want more . The raised areas and guide teeth have also been sanded back to the raw metal, just as it can be seen on the real deal . So here's where I'm at now, still more staining to add and the inner surface needs buffing up too, that shall happen tomorrow .

Guy, Bert, Boots, Tommy, Jeff, I thank you muchly dear chaps . I started playing around with oils and acrylic gubbins yesterday and carried on with that today . But, I got carried away with it, I having some serious fun and then I fecked up . I've made the stupidest newbie mistake that you can ever do . I started slapping on pigment grime and blending the stuff in..... after a quarter of the left hand side was started, I realized I hadn't matt coated the damned thing . So, now I have to let oils dry orfe and then I shall matt coat the beast, left side will done very gently in hope that the pigments don't disappear completely .
