A new bricks n mortar modelshop for South West Wales

I know this will have limited appeal o the site but I've just come back from a nice weekend break with Mrs H in The Mumbles. On our last day we stopped off at a place that reeks of seaside tat but actually is a bit of an Aladins cave. They have always sold model kits AFAIK, the kind of thing to get you through a wet Welsh weekend, Airfix and Revell basic sets along with GW Citadel and humbrol enamels. This time I found that the owner has started to develop the modelling end of things and is in the process of setting up the 1st floor as a model shop. He is currently carrying Academy, Airfix , Revell, Trumpeter, Takom and planning on expanding his paint, scratchbuilding materials and diorama offering over time. Floaty things, Wingy things, Tanks n trucks, &Sci-Fi genres currently in stock.

He's very receptive to input and is keen to actually have in stock what modellers actually want. So, if your down that general direction pop in and have a look see. It's in the Captains Cabin newsagent on Mumbles Road, a couple of doors down from Joes Ice cream parlor. Sorry didn't have my camera so no pics. Its still very much a work in progress but worth supporting.
