That looks absolutely fantastic, if it was mine I would add some of those birch leaves on top of the wings too, seeing this one might have been grounded and neglected for a while..

Really like this one AG, bring on the final pics! Steve, I planned to finish it today but suddenly two friends decided to pop by and to be honest...it started with coffee and it ended with whisky.🥳 The underside however was done and with a lost pitot tube I had to scratch one.

The pine branches were done today, I'm super happy with their look. They'll add a little more colour. Tomorrow the final touch, the Me 262 was glued in place so tomorrow it's all done.

Damn it Guy, how the hell did you make those ? Paul here we go : 1) I selected seafoam branches with a nice shape. 2) the main branches were given a barky texture simply by brushing on Tamiya white putty. 3) the branches were then airbrushed in different shades varying from brown over orangy to yellow (this brings in the sunshine!). 4) the smallest branches were then given the brightest shades simply by adding a little white. 5) after gently dabbing on thinned wood glue dark green grass fibres (the shortest) were sprinkled on. Make sure you don't leave big blobs of glue on the branches, this ruins the transparent aspect. 6) once the glue was hardened I sprayed on a dark blueish green, followed by a brighter green. 7 I finished with a firm layer of matt clear.
