Bugger, that is not good Bert. I hope sure hope you can find something soon, probably it would be good to leave before they close the doors. Fine work on the Merks though, I'm sure that pre-shade will pop out nicely under the main colour

Sorry to hear that Bert I can guess how you feel since I lost my job for more than two years ago. And when you are over 60 it is almost impossible to get another job (at least here in Finland). Anyhow, the positives are that I got to spent more time with Onni before he passed out. And there are no excuses for not modelling ! So maybe a silver lining after all...?

So to hear this mate, phone round your local chemists, they seem to like older people to deliver the meds. I done it for a few years before I retired, good little job

Thanks Robbo, good idea! Well, base coat on the Merkava's, and then added deck tan to the base coat to get it lighter... I remember a television add from hundrdd yeard ago, Memorex cassette tapes, Ella Fitzgerald would sing a very high note and make a wine glass shatter to pieces. Then you would see it again but there would also be a cassettedeck there and the question was: is it Ella or Memorex? So my question now is... is it Tamiya or the cheaper Chinese version? And I don't know what it is but I just have to add figures, and again, which is Tamiya and which is Chinese? Mind you, they are far from done...

Glad to see you back at it Bert. I'm sorry to hear you will become unemployed in July. Keep the updates coming, very impressive with the preshading on those turrets! The preshade didn't miss its effect.
