Yeah i bet it was A little trick i used to do after gouging was to coat the flat part of the wheel with a thin coat of contacta glue and then while it was still tacky i would put a bit of rigid tubing throught the hole and roll it backwards and forwards over some coarse sand paper.......gives quite a nice effect. Exactly!☝️
