Thank you kindly fellas..........makes it all worthwhile Ok....day off today so i got a bit done..  Primed the chassis parts...
Then got a basic basecoat down, the tyres got a token gesture of black and the hubs green........the tyre and hubs will have more work on them yet
Aslo did the interior and button up the cab.........need some remedial work on the join but nothing major...
 
And after a rub down with some fine wet `n` dry this is where she stands now....
Next up will be the doors, shield the innards and add the base-coat to the cab..........the glazing windscreen will have to masked so`s i can do the framework surround, the side windows are molded as one piece but the triangular corner is seperate on the real thing..........i will do some surgery on this as well.

Ok chaps........got a little bit more done today, managed to do the doors inside and out (dry fitted btw) and i have gone over the darker base coat with a light mist of X71........this will have further work done to it yet.
  
I`m orfe next week so i`ll crack on with the next stages then |

Boots is that XF71 from Tamiya? If yes it seems that they have made a darned good Russian green indeed, reminds me of the long gone Humbrol 114 Russian green |
