Jeff cheers mucker, actually it's about 4 pints of beer long
Okay laddies, the gluing has now ceased . Yes I have finished the build phase on here, apart from a few bits 'n' bobs I wanna paint separately . There are one or two issues with the instructions, despite the correction sheet that is. But nuttin too troublesome.
Oh yes, the winch cable needs to be added, none in the kit.
Next up, primer and hopefully that will be tomorrow. Now where's that load gone ?
Jeff, I was going to use Humbrol enamel steel coat, but the ferkin' hitch eye went wrong . Now I'll get a tarp over the winch .
Anyway as today didn't go as planned , i.e. no priming, I started on the load .
Here's part one: I've had this old Revell kit in the stash for many years now, I have also collected some AM parts for it . I like these old Revell/Italeri kits, they go together well and the detail holds with any Dragon kit. The AM stuff I have is an RB Barrel for the Flak, some new front wheels with a civvy pattern tyre and some 3D printed tracks from a Spanish company who's name I can't remember .
Being an older kit the build is quite speedy and simple .
