Cheers Boots .The next step is to fill 80% of them with red oxide and dark grey . Then get the decs on and scratch them, then a wash of sort to calm things down

Boots, Pete, cheers muckers . Today I finally found the turret numbers I need and the markings for the 3rd SS Panzers. The numbers came from Dragon, while the SS markings and Balken Kreuz from Archer. I have also started to add the on-vehicle maintenance tools. More soon chaps

Very nice old chap. Looks like you tick off the parts you fitted on the instructions as you go. It's a good practice, I do it myself so when I return to a kit months later, I know what's what.

Ian, appreciated very much Sir Joe, cheers to thee too mucker . The reason you mentioned behind the marking of the parts was almost correct. I did this because there are two sets in the kit, one without clamps and one with molded on clamps. Me being a lazy git , and hating etch, chose the molded on stuff Tim, how kind of you to relate my age to yours , the only thing is you're so old that you have moss growing out of your pockets Okay chaps, the last of the chipping process has been completed , well at least I hope so . I also rusted the exhaust up, I now have to make a tarp for the back deck and find a few suitable boxes and other odds and sods to lay on it . More soon fine Sirs

Paul, the chipping work there is just phenomenal and really well done. What was your base color for the chips and what color did you use for the edging around the chipping?

Ian
