Naughty step for both of you. And don't get off it until you think about what you've done.

Right then being as I was stone cold sober yesterday , I managed to dive in here today without a hangover screwing things up Well lets start the rant then . 1. The plastic is like something from an eastern European manufacturer or early 90's Dragon stuff. 2. There are stupidly huge knock out protrusions on the most ridiculous places. Usually a joining face 3. The connecting lugs and pins don't fit. 4. The PE is made of copper, way to thin and soft. If Thunders Scammel collection are the same, then I say go for the IBG stuff cause they will be easier to handle. Pictures of todays doings . Bolt-heads on the inside of the final drive housing Sussys and PE air outlet covers Grrrrr . More soon dudes, ACW

Sorry for the late arrival, I picked up the late version with earth spade..... and then popped it back on the shelf.
I used to have the JP hobbies resin version that really wasn't so good so this must be better than that.......... 🤔

Finescale had their review of this kit in their Feb 2018 issue.
They mentioned many of your concerns. The special edition version has even more tiny PE for added interior details. They were critical of the plastic as well. They said the boom and jib crane assembly gobbled up alot of the build time. They said there's a gap at the rear wall of the hull and the engine deck (parts C7 & C16). They filled it with strip styrene. They said the resin ends for the spade and tow cable were badly formed and broke.
Once built up it looks great.

Nice work Paul & what a blast from the past transmission form Joy Division. I remember listening to them on the john Peel show as a teenager, sitting up with the tape recorder on pause and recording all the tracks he played that I liked.
