A+ on the white work mate!!!!
you are dead right about sanding to get the shaped!!! what a tease that can be sometimes. I keep a 9"x6" plywood board with aluminium oxide paper stuck down with double sided tape for that very job.

Smudge/Boots - Cheers fellas Paul - LMAO essentially the arms on the original were too bulky and consequentially the cut-outs were the wrong shape - Mk2 is MUCH better Bill - Yes, I just use a sheet of abrasive in the bench and rub the piece on that, rather than the other way round, it doesn't matter that I've been filing and sanding stuff for 35 years, it's MUCH easier to keep things flat and square eh? Thanks Des

Alex/Vlad - Cheers both Okay, as I mentioned before with the water tank, this is the method I use to manufacture the more complex shapes (but obviously it works with the simple box constructions too.... BEFORE: Angled panels are covered with off-cuts, all assembly is done with CA... Using the front, sides, top and already fitted side angled pieces as guides I file the excess material off (8" 2nd Cut Engineering file) and then it's a simple sanding job to refine.... In position on the superstructure.... AC&?W
