I sprayed the model last night and had some issues with it adhering to the primer, it also came out of the a/b almost dry so added some retarder but got no joy. The finish is now lumpy so will strip back and have another go. Not 100% convinced regarding the shade as well.  The figure however is going fine and has just had a primer coat.   |

Chap is ace! Shame about the paint fella.....does look a bit grey rather than the blueish tint I would have expected....my Roller was a little too much the other way.....  |

Cheers guys, yes Dick the grey does need a slight blue tint I think. With the paint stripper from VMS arriving today I've jumped straight in and taken off the paint. The clean slate liquid is amazing, so easy to use and is non toxic. It strips the model back to bare plastic. A few areas damaged by my sausage fingers but nothing that can't be fixed.  |

Wow, that works well!
My trick was to soak the kit in a washing powered solution overnight, works on Acrylic but it’s slow

Great stripping results . I use simple Green on acrylics but requires a soaking .
