Guy, Ian, Pete, John, Si cheers indeed for the support chaps . This is indeed a fighter in all ways , but I haven't quit yet . The wing joints are now sorted, including re-scribing the panel lines that were lost. It's not perfect but it will do for me.

Looks like you’ve kicked this into shape nicely Paul, those clamps didn’t give it a lot of choice!

Duct tape, clamps, profanity and Single Malt will defeat any model problems. Well done, Paul!

Speaking of cool planes, yesterday I was outside with the dog and my youngest daughter and suddenly we heard this typical roarrrrr and looking up to the sky I couldn't believe my eyes as a Belgian Ww2 Spit did a couple of spectacular turns above our building. My daughter surprised me as she blurdy recognized the plane as a Spit, and she's not even interested!

Guy you don't know how much I miss that sound fella. Where my parents live in the UK is south of the BBMF, when they go to the shows they fly over our house, Lancaster, Hurricane Spitfire, Douglas .... it is so cool to them without being at a show Marco, yes this is better than an M model kit, but it would nice if Tamiya made one
