Cheers Steve dude  . There is in fact a flaw on the port wing, it's left of the roundel just above the aileron  . Lol..it wouldn't be Airfix without a sink mark or two  |

Paul, the decals look excellent! Decals over a black finish are always kind of a wild card because you always worry about them not being bright enough. These look awesome!

Ian H., Joe, Ian R., cheers kindly fellas . Not much today, just a very slight fading of the black  . Being a night fighter, I reckon these aircraft wouldn't have faded as much as the daytime aircraft did. So I lightened the base coat with some Vallejo Anthracite (71.052) and sprayed the mix on using a 0.2mm nozzle. Next up will be the panel lines. Before anybody asks, no I am not going to use white, IMHO the contrast is just too much, so I'll mix up something from my oils .  |

Sorry for slacking on this one, (and on other builds) but life has been getting seriously in the way modelling lately. Anyway, today I matt coated the aircraft and also added the landing gear . Tomorrow I hope to get the glazing and turret fitted   |
