Yeey, masking is so much fun Just a question: when you spray matt varnish on the edges to stop bleeding: do you use the VMS one or a different one? I'm asking this because the VMS needs to be sprayed fairly thick and I'm wondering if that won't show afterwards. Looking forward to see yellow bits been painted

Masking is very important to get right. Not one of my favourite bits of model making. Leave the tiniest of gaps, and the paint will find it. Job well done, Paul.

Cheers chaps . Wouts I use Vallejo Matt Varnish for this, it goes on a lot thinner than VMS . Boots, if I have only one colour I do the same, but this covers the dark upper and light under sides

Thank you kindly chaps . Yellow is a bloody awful colour to spray. Aqueous failed miserably so I went back to good old Tamiya for that . Today I added a tad more fading to the green, thankfully being clever I kept the negatives from Hinomarus, so on these went and then the lightened green as well . I also slapped some colour on the landing gear parts, the piston areas are Vallejo Meat Color Chrome 77.707
