Thanks for the kind words fellas...`tis very much appreciated Things may slow down on occasions whilst i work out remaining bit`s and bob`s........unlike a kit, once all the sprue parts are attached you know that part is ready for paint........with this i don`t wanna prime and then realise i havn`t added somat. In the meantime i`ll fluff it out a bit with some post war examples of various civvy uses and conversions.......some of the idea`s i will partly steal.....some little bit`s i already have
.......one with a modern day HIAB and hydraulic jacks......and no....this is not one of the idea`s i will use, to be honest i don`t really take to it!!

Thanks chaps......i been accumulating various ref pics for colours/looks/uses etc and looking at some of the post war conversions it seems like there`s no rules when it comes to `freedom to roam` so to speak..........within reason of course I`m kinda in limbo land at the mo as most of the bulk stuff is done deck wise......really what`s left is what i want to add rather than what i need to if ya get ma drift. Also......the idea`s that i had i didn`t write down and now i can`t remember and they`re more than likely gonna bite me in the ar$e later

You might need to pour a glass and think about it.

Ian.........i did A little bit of progress but i`m rapidly running out of white stock, i`m down to bit`s and pieces of rod and tube etc which are about an inch long.......talk about scraping the barrel , i should have enough debris to complete what i need to do.....the big stuff is mostly done now. Decided to jump over to the cab.......the seats frames were like gnat`s legs and just kept breaking everytime you looked at them, i have cut the old spindly ones out and just made a more robust set up......the seats still have the cushions to go on yet but i`ll paint them later. There`s not really anymore to do in the cab as it is really basic in real life so anything Thunder models supplied in the kit is correct.
To be honest it don`t need to be precise as most of it is hidden anyway.
And complete.....minus seat pads.
Hopefully not to far from priming........when i get some
A convertable
Ooop!!
One as a mobile generator or somat
Cheers all

Can`t find any more pics of it apart from this one.......would be nice to see the other side to see if the spare wheel was duplicated the opposite side........i think these were used as Royal Naval coastal defence vehicles but not 100% certain

All caught up with your build now Boots buddy and it's impressive stuff!
There's something really cool about military vehicles in civy postwar use.
