Right gents got a bit more done this afternoon. I set about the interior of the Archer, my intention is to paint that before fitting the side plates to the superstructure. The upper and lower hull halves have not been joined yet.

Here the detail has been added to the sidewalls

That's all for today folks I'm off to a Classic Car meet tonight, looking forward to that.
Cheers

Hi Gents
Yes there is plenty of detail in there that is one of the reasons I do like WWII SPG's When you take into account the gun is still to be fitted then there was not much room in the real thing.
Paul I understand where you are coming from regarding Bronco but I must say in their defence they make wonderful kits. I have just built this by Bronco...

This is the engine for it, remember its 1:35th scale so the engine is about 1.5cm long, a total of 82 parts in it. I was in heaven building it.

And so the painting begins, as I wanted to keep as much of the surface detail as possible I sprayed an undercoat of Alclad Grey Primer.

All the parts you have seen in the previous pictures were given the same treatment. Next up a coat of SCC15 me thinks.

Oooooh the innards have gone grey . Nicely primed sir . I built the Bronco Humber Mk II two years ago on Modelworx, they make darned fine kits but they can be nerve trying at times . That Zil does look good mind

Hi Gents
Sorry about the delay in getting back to this but I have been working on a project at work involving a fleet of new FLT's. Anyway I have managed to get the internal painting done.
