Thanks all and just a minor update here. The FB-111 had nuclear blast curtains attached to the canopy sections so the crew could pull them down after they popped the big one. I made these out of champagne bottle foil which was rolled up and attached them with white glue. Just a few odds and ends to add to the FB itself and she will be done.

I am happy to say the FB-111 is finally done and off the workbench. The Squadron canopy parts fit well and fixed the issue with the horrible HobbyBoss canopy parts. As much as I hate to say it, the Zhengdefu front fuselage section which replaced the HB parts also helped with the front end shape problem. I installed the intake covers and added all the blade antenna and moveable wing glove parts. Eduard PE RBF tags were used on the pitot tubes and nose probe as well. Finally, the model was given a flat coat of Dullcote thinned with Metalizer thinner. The aircraft depicted is "Lucky Strike", a SAC FB-111A assigned to the 380th BW out of Plattsburgh, NY in the 80's. I did not have a photo backdrop big enough to shoot the model inside so I ended up just taking some pics on the workbench. I tried some outside shots but our weather has been so foul I had about ten minutes of rain free weather but only got one photo off before it started raining again. The Vark was photographed with a hi-viz SAC patch which was given to me by a KC-135Q tanker crewman in the 80's when I was growing up. The other subdued SAC patch I found on Amazon. Anyway, she's done and in the fleet.
