Boots I hope you're right fella  . John, yes that is a shame about the load, but I certainly am not going to try and make new stuff or even go AM for this kit Here's the cockpit with a tad filler  .   More soon and hopefully with primer |

Took a little bit of tweeking then mate That will look dapper under paint mate so no worries there.......ya might need to smooth out a tad more if primer shows up anything but thats no biggie.....you`ve just wrestled a feisty Rad 8 so this`ll be a doddle |

You’re making a silk purse outta that pigs ear fella, I’ve a feeling the whole kit would have followed the weapons if it were me  I’ve read somewhere that Zvezda used the wrong clear plastic for about a year but those kits were sent out over three years ago, maybe you’ve got old stock? Just to prove that I’m still in the game, update from me. Although the lower fuse is one part the upper is in two halves, this allows them to use the same tool for the two seater versions. It does mean a big scary join in the middle of the upper ! So lots of dry fitting and then glued each face a day at a time to ensure that any twist on the plastic didn’t push one of the joins high or low. Four days later we have this. Joins just need a rub with P2000 and we’re safe.  I can pick up the pace now B) |

Many thanks indeed chaps . Steve that is just typical , if there is a dud kit out there then I am guaranteed to find it . I shall go over again with the Deluxe putty this evening, then hopefully tomoz will get some primer on there Edit: Steve you handled that join nicely fella , I doubt that I could have done that |

Carl, sorry sir I forgot to answer that. No I'm not going to bother with AM weapons. The pitot tubes are AM, and I only bought those as they were on offer, I think they were €3. The sad thing is, this kit ain't worth sticking more into it  |
