Thank you guys, today I reduced the contrasts by airbrushing on a shade between the darkest and brightest grey, it was a bit too much imo. I also stickered but these will be removed and airbrushed on. I'll make another flag as well. Didn't look good enough. And there's more to do, the planes for example...  |

Fun build for sure Marco, thanks. I still have to finish things of the ship. Today I made a base for it. I took an Ikea photoframe and glued isolation foam panel in it (woodglue). The profile of the ship was cut out and a sheet of thick paper was glued on. I then cut away the paper and test fitted the hull. The paper was covered with a layer of woodglue to make the surface stronger. I sprayed on Gloss black and next are shades of "North Cape blue".  |
