Thanks fellerinos, the gaps between the sea and hull were filled and I made another flag as the kit part was flat like a nazi pancake. The flag stickerage from the kit wasn't used, I dug up German crosses instead but.......on a flag they look very ehrm...Norwegian !  Not an issue I think, coz it's a toon floater.  Gotta paint the sea now, Scharnhorst wasn't operating in the Black Sea. |

Time to get wet. This is my second experiment with the AK acrylic gels combined with cotton pad to create foamy movement in the water. I can't wait to proceed tomorrow. This is the first stage with the gels and the cotton 'foam'.  |

Stunning work That lightness in the water as it sits around the hull really gives it some depth even at this early stage I've seen that on a Youtube sbs Boots. It's nothing more than an airbrushed shade of bright bluegreen. Thanks brotha. |
