Cheers chaps, today I've sorted (almost) the base out with some static grass then a selection of oils and washes to weather the concrete. just a few lighter dust areas to add and it's done.

Tonight's entertainment has consisted of a dusting of heavily thinned tamiya flat earth and buff on the lower hull & wheels followed by a bit of a fight to get the tracks on. They do have a tendency to come apart at the most critical moment! CA soon sorted out any weak links and I managed to get the buggers on! I'll finish off with the bare minimum of pigments on the wheels and upper hull as I don't want it caked in mud.

Yes, very close to the finish line now so today I've knocked up a thermos, sandwiches, a choccie bar, crisps and a paper bag. The bag was made from thin lead foil, thermos from spare sprue, sarnies & choc from plastic rod & crisps from some doubled up tamiya tape. Suitably painted and not forgetting Paul's prawn cocktail crisps the "horror bag" is all ready with the only decent thing there being the circa 1980's kit kat!
