I bought this a few months ago and this is the reissued Minicraft 1/144th KC-97L Tanker. I always thought these were really neat looking prop planes so I grabbed one up when they were reissued. Construction was really straightforward and it is essentially together, although the wings are just dry-fitted at this point. I think I am going to build it as the Texas ANG version which is one of the versions on the new decal sheet provided in the kit. Best wishes, Ian     |

Thank you Marco! Small update on the KC-97 as I got the refueling boom station installed on the lower fuselage and everything sanded up and about ready for primer. I also got the jet pods finished and assembly on those was pretty straightforward. Stay tuned..... Best wishes, Ian    |
