All the stickerage is now done. Let them settle, get some varnish on and then out with the gouache.
Did another test run with the wash and think I am up to speed........ famous last words. Onwards and sideways.
Also need a new middle section of the canopy. Did not notice it had been eaten by the carpet monster but my foot, as if guided by a laser targeting system, found it with devestating accuracy. SOS Revell time.

Bugger about the canopy Tim . But the stickerage is fabulous . Did you cut the walkway lines into shorter bits, or did you go big balls and add them in piece?

Looking good Tim. Did you use gouache on the undercarriage door? If so, you've really got the hang of it.

Thanks for the comments. Well no going back now............. I quite like the process. Being water based you can keep pushing it around and cleaning up and also add streaking if you like. So onwards and sideways and more experimentation. Tim

Sorry, I didn't read the last question properly. Have to admit going "big balls" but had to adjust for the roundels.
More progress is being made with the gouache wash, so more soon.

Very slow progress, but moving forward.......... I have to say that the process really does tone down the colours and blend them in rather nicely. Hope you like. Tim
