My impressions so far.. First of all, is good to be back !! The plastic is quite stiff, hard but with some nice detailing, A3 part (check instruction photo on previous page, has 3 inscriptions with reference part number of the wheel... Part A8 and A9, have some nice detail on the rubber part of the wheel so you must be careful when cleaning up. The only two things that I think Meng could have done better so far are the Drive Sprocket B27 / B28, the attachment points on the sprue very hard and stiff and too close to the sprocket teeth, it very very easy to damage one or two.
And adding this support for the idler wheel.. the instructions are not very clear with the attachment points and the two small parts you need to add before don't help..
I'll post a photo of the instructions later.
Stay tuned and stay safe !

I worked with a few more parts to get one side almost done..
And this is the result of these unclear instructions, and other problems :
- Spring parts MUST be put first before the wheels . ( As you can imagine, I didn't.... ) A6 and A7 - Since there are 2 types of wheels, one of them, it doesn't fit perfectly with the Spring/ Suspension part.
To add up, Tamyia Glue made that specific wheel attachment very fragile, trying to get it aligned with the others will certainly damage the attachment point.

Thanks fellas !! It was quite productive, if only I wasn't so lazy during the week, that hatch door and lower hull would be done For those who have the kit or plan to get one of these Merkava's Meng, the small parts have a lot of detail but are quite stiff, when you are trimming and cleaning up some parts I was always afraid to break or damage it. Still have a few details to add from Step 4 and 5, but it's almost done !! Happy to be back !
