Thanks Mence
I`ve been a bit lapse lately with some personal issues but i do actually have an update
The build is now finished, the windscreen glazing and side windows are in............the fit was excellent but scary trying to avoid any glue getting in/on or around them......she has also had the yellow tow strap added on the front grill, this isn`t in the kit but it is on the real deal.......so i scratched one using a tiny piece of 1mm strip and made the bend out of 0.2mm rod,she has also had 3 coats of VMS Gloss and been polished........to be honest i struggled a little bit with the VMS for the first time not in actual use but more with getting it to lay right, unlike a tank or a more square/blocky type vehicle whereby you can localise the area this has loads od sweeping curves and the way it is applied in the demo video it was hard not to get overspry/dry areas as each passing sweep would leave residue over spray, nothing to do with mix/pressure but simply the way the car bodywork is designed.
The wheels are still WIP but won`t be much different....
Anyhoo.........i`m happy with the result , NOTE TO SELF..........fit interior mirror before fitting front screen ......good job i got some very delicate long nosed tweezers

The rear end section is done but i gotta do a quick paint/gloss repair.........i ended up with a `varnish run` down one side of the airvents .......probably wouldn`t even notice it......unless ya me and it stuck out like a sore thumb, i`ve since rubbed it back with some 3600 and it is awaiting a touch up and varnish .........
There are a couple of areas i need to tidy up
Meanwhile.........a shelf queen is just about to cross the finish line and another build is WIP involving conversion and some scratch work and invloves one of these
Cheers all
