Thanks very much chaps I havn`t posted for a while but i have been plodding along, it takes a little while to make it worth posting due to the constant paint/build sequence, i do enough bits to make a difference and then start again
So far......added and painted the 2 front inner wings/body supports, rear end suspension complete and the lower part of the engine fitted, some additional frame work was painted and added around the 2 rear alu boxes.

.......and i`m constantly dry fitting the body shell front and low and behold.......it still fits!!

Next up will be the upper engine manifolds and exhausts etc..........the rear firewall, dashboard and door cards are primed and awaiting colour
I`ve taken MENG`s engine colours and thrown them out the window!!........the colours are nothing like whats called for as i have video reference of this actual vehicle in the Shelby museum.........it`s not all shiny and pretty because it`s never been a restoration car......it`s a working race car that has never been touched since it`s last race.......it`s grubby and Grey , the body work is kept clean and shiney tho.

You can still get some of the older rod kits on E Bay but some do need a little bit of fettling, i don`t mind that coz i mostly re-design anyway
