Next project to hit the bench is going to be the Academy warrior from the first gulf war, operation Granby. As you can see the kit I have is the 2003 version bt the only real changes to this kit are a few accessories and different markings. I've delved into the stash as well and sorted out all the bits I have suitable for the build. Also a rummage through my library has given me some reading to do! I'm planning to build this as a mobile milan version as used by the Staffords during the war. Should be a bit of fun!

Thanks guys, I've started the build now and already made a few improvements. First up is the transmission covers which are too long. I cut about 2mm off each one then filled the resulting gaps with plastic card and filler. Once dry missing weld lines went on from stretched sprue. The tracks are a bit of a sloopy fit but should do as the side armour will cover most of it.
More fun with the warrior today and I've been working on the rear first as is my usual practice. I forgot to say I also acquired the eduard etch set for the kit which I've started to use as you can see. Also used some 0.8mm brass tube for the camo pole supports.
