Chaps I'm back . Here's the Tamiya Mosquito MkII of 157 Sqn, Royal Air Force . Plastic has been cut, primer has been sprayed (Stynylrez) and the first colours are on . For the interior green I used Tamiya XF-71 darkened with a few drops of XF-61, I then went back over in patches with XF-71 lightened with XF-2. The silver of the undercarriage was again Vallejo 71.062 Alu with a few drops 71.121 Light Gull Gray, to make it a tad duller. The black parts have sprayed with Tamiya X-1, that way I don''t need a gloss over them later . The hydraulic tanks got a mix of Vallejo Red Brown 71.271 and 71.269. I'll start picking out the details later and then get the stuff all glued together .

Well I hope you enjoy it and donβt get the dodgy decals I did where you could clearly see the white under the colour!

Cheers chaps, I hope I don't disappoint you this time round . Today was a bank holiday over here, so I got some bench time in . Detail painting was done, the landing gear is completed, and office put together. I shall join the fuselage together shortly

Cheers Ian . Not so sure about finishing before you though . If I remember rightly the build parts are almost the same on this as on the 48th scale. To me it appears to be a shrunk down version with the same parts count
