Okay, today I got back at the Mossie . Stickers have been added and a mattcoat has also been applied. Being an absolute knob , I destroyed one of the "Keep Off" radiator cover stickers. So out came the masking tape, a home brew of red and after an hour of pre-spraying, then white and the red, I managed to save those vital markings . More tomorrow chaps

Great stickerage Paul. The red keep off lines are much better than decals.

Bert, thank you kindly ole chap Joe, muchly obliged my friend . I noticed after spraying that they are a tad too big, my fault because I measured from the outside to the outside

Paul,That looks AMAZING. Decal's and fixes are sweet not to mention the dull coat.

That looks awesome, Paul! And yes, the red "No Step" boxes are a pain-in-the-a@$, regardless of the scale or decal manufacturer. Great work with the masking job.

Jeff, murky buckets monsieur:) . The Mattcoat is VMS, I put the jar on the radiator for about 10mins before using . I have discovered that when it is warm, it sprays far better and even though it is thick, it doesn't need thinning, just a good shake . Ian, appreciated Sire . I'll never understand why they don't just give us red stripes to add .

Okay then I call this one done . Weathering is very subtle this time, and the camera didn't even pick it up . I used a grey acrylic pencil around the maintenance covers, a silver pencil on the prop and spinner and some Abteilung 502 Ashes Grey pigment for the exhaust stains . Hope you like and thank you for letting me waste your time More pictures in the galleries . As always ACACW.
