I finally finished the MK. XVI Mosquito from Airfix. I still have to obtain or scratch build some kind of bomb cart for the Cookie Bomb but that will be for a later time. In the meantime, I will just leave the bomb with the Mosquito on the display shelf. The aircraft depicted is from RAF, 627 Squadron and operated in the Pathfinder role in support of the Lancaster heavies during their forays over the Reich. This was a fun project and this revamped Mossie offering from Airfix is a really nice kit with lots of improvements over the original kit.
